APCM on Sunday 11 May 2025

The Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) is our church's annual general meeting.

This will take place on Sunday 11 May 2025 after 10am Parade Sunday Family Service.

At the meeting, there will be an election of the churchwardens and the PCC (Parochial Church Council) members.

For the election of the churchwardens, you can join, stand for election or cast your vote if you are on our Electoral Roll or if you are a resident in the parish.

For the second part of the meeting, the actual annual parochial church meeting is only for those who are registered on our electoral roll.

In order to save resources and to go greener, we are not going to provide any paper copies of reports, such as finance report as well as the vicar's report. Please, speak with the parish administrator, if you need a paper copy. On the day, everything will be projected on the screen.

We aim to finish the meeting in an hour, maximum.

After the APCM, the newly elected PCC members will have their first PCC meeting in the church, which usually lasts about 10 minutes.
